West Coast/Alaska Tsunami Warning Center Seismometer Sites

Site Conditions: STS-2 seismometer buried approximately 4 feet deep in unconsolidated material. Instrument is housed in a double insulated vault and is digitized with a Nanometrics Trident digitizer and transmitted via VSAT to WCATWC. Site is located just outside of town at a private residence.
